Partners in Mission May Food Blitz |

 Demand at our local food banks is up by 18% this year alone. Partners in Mission is sponsoring a mammoth city-wide food drive on Wednesday, May 19th. As food comes into the depot from all over the city, packers are needed at the Food Depot, 140 Hickson Avenue that evening from 6:30 – 10:00. Our RND rugby teams are already helping out, but more hands are always helpful (especially toward the end of the evening). Families are welcome to attend. Plus it is a lot of fun: burgers served and music, plus some friendly competition to see who can pack more boxes the fastest. Four RND classes will be also helping out the following day, May 20th.
